Middlemarch-Ghost Town Loop

Explore historic ghost towns and back road adventure on this day ride from Bisbee, Arizona.

The dirt roads start just after passing through Tombstone and include the scenic Middlemarch Road to the south of the Dragoon Mountains. Consider taking the Council Rocks route into the Dragoons for some more exploring.

The Ghost Town Trail begins in the historic town of Pearce which has an interesting old jail and general store. Riding south on the dirt, you will pass by the old ghost town of Courtland which is on private property before arriving in another historic town, Gleeson.
